Our Quality Policy

Our Quality Policy LACATS TORELLO, in its activity of lacquering and metallizing parts, has implemented a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard to meet the requirements and expectations of our customers, the applicable legal requirements, and the continuous improvement of our processes.
Under this framework, the Management assumes the following commitments:
  • Create valuable relationships with our customers, providing them with advice and solutions for their needs related to industrial decoration of packaging for cosmetics, perfumery, pharmacy, household, and food sectors.
  • Understand and analyze the needs and opportunities of the context and the satisfaction level of our customers to serve as a basis for the continuous improvement of our processes and products.
